Nursing unit-specific scorecard

Edit the Hospital Scorecard to make a Telemetry scorecard. For more information, see Customize scorecards.

  1. Open the Hospital Scorecard from your Scorecard Templates.
  2. Create a custom version of the scorecard and name it whatever you’d like by clicking the pencil icon in the top right hand corner of your screen.
  3. Exit Customizer mode by clicking the green check mark.
  4. Create a new profile by clicking the Profile Manager and adding a new profile. See Customize profiles for more information.
    1. Filter the patient population to include only telemetry nursing units by first adding a filter on Nursing Unit and clearing all the selected Nursing Units.
    2. In the same Nursing Unit filter, select the telemetry units for your facility. The units listed are different on each individual server.
    3. Optional: Check the box to make this profile the default profile for this scorecard – this automatically uses this profile in all sections unless otherwise specified.
  5. Save this profile, exit the Profile Manager, and start your analysis.

NOTE: Remember that profiles are scorecard-specific, so a profile you build on one scorecard is not available on another scorecard unless you recreate it.
